Our reseller trade terms in short
SharpTools works with approved B2B resellers who operate a physical store and present our products visibly in-store. Online sales are allowed as an additional channel, but marketplace sales such as Amazon, bol or similar platforms are not permitted.
Orders can be placed through our B2B webshop or by email. The minimum order value is €500 excl. VAT and/or 10 items. Payment is made by invoice with a 30-day payment term.
We provide clear reseller pricing, volume tiers and marketing materials. Price changes are communicated at least 14 days in advance, and all products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Resellers may use SharpTools brand and product materials according to our brand toolkit. We also ask our partners to respect our recommended retail pricing and represent the brand professionally.
